Omina Hanoi Hotel and Restaurant Reviews

Location is good, very near DongXuan market, downstairs is convenient store. The hotel has elevator. Unfortunately it's a dirty filthy place, obvious upon entering the main entrance. They seems have no room cleaning service since a long time. Everything is dusty, full with hair and stains and smoke holes on the bedding which haven't been changed since many previous guests. No house keeping or maintenance at all. Even there were ants in the bed. There is no water kettle, no hair dryer, and in the bathroom everything is broken as well. City view Window is very tiny and not same as advertised. Would not recommend or stay there again.

The room was terrible, not clean. Not recommend.

The futon is damp. The moment I entered, I was like, ``Ah, this level.''

After arriving at the store, it is not the twin room in the picture. The twin room needs to add more than 100 yuan for a room.
