Good.

Old shabby room, no window. In the photo when choosing a room the view is completely different

I'm used to the local atmosphere so I personally have no complaints.

Very satisfied, the staff are very friendly and the room is clean

I felt bad, it was hard to find, and there were no windows, which was uncomfortable, and the location was a bit awkward. I left immediately the next day

Because it is a small hotel, there were some language communication issues, but we used a translator so there was no major problem. Lotte Center Hanoi, which opened recently, is nearby, so it's easy to walk to, and a small lake is right in front, so it's good value for money.

The mother and child rested very comfortably, happily and cleanly
