we just chooses this hotel for staying 2 days only for sleep. Everything was fine compare as price. However staffs are not good English.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Location was excellent as it was just a 10 mins walk from the train station. Value for money, recommended.

We already paid at Trip.com and they asked extra money (double of room price). They asked us to contact to trip.com for that matter and asked us to cancel. But it’s over check in time and already night time. No choice rather than paying extra charges.
Toilet don’t have lock. Window is facing to the wall not to the view. Very disappointed and angried. Vietnam will be my first and last visit to here.

Great location. Close to the old quarter. Room was ok. Very boutique so quite stylized. I would stay here again when back in Hanoi. Close to great cafes.
