The breakfast was not good and the breakfast box was very boring .When we had a trip to halong bay , the restaurant was not open.We hadto skip breakfast.Very bad. The roomwas very big

Very peaceful and family-friendly residence with much green nature and panorama Westlake view which I think cant be the relaxing oasis for any family's weekend getaway.
The rooms are spacious, fully-equipped, nice and cozy, the staffs are friendly with smiles and very helpful every time you need support.
Very extensive out-door facilities: very big and clean swimming pool, nice (but rare in Hanoi hotels :) out-door playground, mini-golf, tennis courts, gym & sauna. Daily breakfast with many nice choices enjoyed on the terrace with lake view in the morning is really chilling.

It was an old resort, so I didn't expect much, but it was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was delicious and the rice noodles were especially good. The staff were very friendly, and it was a good accommodation to heal by listening to birdsong outside of noisy Hoan Kiem. It is the best accommodation for the price and I am willing to visit again.

Peaceful, quiet and friendly place
Staff are wwll trained s d courteous
Overall a great location for families and tourists too
Big size Swimming pool, golf course fir beginners, tennis court, basket ball, table-tennis etc
Very competitive room rates. Beautiful garden view and swimming pool view, Westlake view apartments available.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The one bedroom apartment was very spacious and clean, it made me feel like I was back at home. Very safe as there is lots of security and plenty of amenities. Also a great location to walk by the lake. I would definitely stay here again.

Remarkable place situated by the west lake. A much higher,but not more expensive, level and quality of service compared to all other places we stayed in Vietnam. Really can't find a fault in any way. The pool was nice with shallow and deep end, breakfast was really solid, service staff friendly and super competent and the room was basically a nicely furnished two bedroom apartment with solid Wifi and big TV. When it was build, it was definitly a high end, exclusive compound, which kept this looks and feeling. And very nice restaurant as well, with Japanese, Asian and Western cousine.
