Good value for money. Room was small but comfortable and very quiet. Location is excellent in the old quarter near the lake.

Hotel was helpful and prompt to respond to arrange a taxi pick up from the airport. It took about an hour to get to the hotel. Room had the basics and was clean. Hot water took a bit of time to work properly but was fine once it did. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I only stayed one night as I was travelling the following day. Location was good, I was able to walk to the bus station for my onward journey to Sa Pa.

Excellent hotel in the old quarter. The staff were unbelievably attentive, and they made my stay at the hotel so much more enjoyable. I will be returning and I am looking forward to staying again. You will not be disappointed if you book this hotel.

The hotel is near the city center, close to tourist attractions, easy to find food, close to the train station, clean, good service from the staff, and breakfast for those who don't eat meat.

Hanoi's Old Town is full of small buildings, and this hotel is no exception. It looks low-key and is hard to find without navigation. The service staff is very friendly and can communicate in English smoothly. But to be honest, the cost-effectiveness of living in the Old Town is not high. It's not specific to this hotel, but it's the same everywhere. So it's recommended to live a little further away and take a taxi to the Old Town. The hotel room is very small, and the family room is not as good as Hanting in China, but the price is basically double that of Hanting. And the balcony room is basically meaningless. The lux bar is not cheap and the area is not large. See the picture for details.
