We stayed here on a tour. The hotel is a little old, but they serve delicious pho for breakfast. The guy with glasses at the front desk speaks broken Japanese, but is very friendly. There are many Japanese guests, so I felt at ease (lol). Water is provided for the number of people every day. Cleaning is also done every day. We stayed with three people, and the shower worked without any problems. The hotel is far from the old town, but if you go left from the hotel and turn left at the main street, you will find restaurants and cafes. There is also a Winmart (a supermarket that looks like a convenience store) about 10 minutes further ahead, which we used many times during our stay. We used Grab taxis to get to the old town and tourist spots. (It's cheap, about 200 to 300 yen per ride.) We used taxis everywhere, so it wasn't particularly inconvenient.
