The hotel is located 15 minutes from the pedestrian street, close to the train station, and there are many restaurants nearby. There is a small shop with a super square meter in the hotel. It is open from morning to noon. There is no afternoon and evening market. It sells powdered food. It is about two streets away. There is a very popular dessert shop, which is pretty and upright.
The hotel staff is very nice. We confirmed the driver’s information on the car booking platform and knew that breakfast boxes were prepared for us when we left the airport at 6:30. It was really heartwarming❤️, 👍👍👍

The hotel is in the center. There are many shop, restaurant, local market, ATM around it. The breakfast is super good. The staffs are very friendly and helpful (Febe, Luna, Hannah, Leo, Toby) Will come back in the future!!!

Great staff and friendly. Spoke English well and explained in details. Very personalised experience and outside the box approach. Will recommend to future people and the timing of the trip was good for what was covered. Tradition soup lunch was excellent

The Staff are professional, attentive, friendly and very helpful. Both in the stay at the hotel & offering suggestions & recommendations for restaurants & tours. The facilities are great, clean & neat. Breakfast is lovely with a variety of fresh & cooked foods on offer. Fabulous location, we walk alot so it was a great place to acess both the Old Quater & the Lake. We did a 3 hr tour of Hanoi which was organised through the hotel. The tour included historical & cultural places of interest. We also went to Train Street it was a mindblowing experience & really worth going to. I had an icy cold salted coffee a definite must to try. Our tour guide was Sonny a 31 yr old female, she was beyond amazing her knowledge was endless & she was very informative & kind of heart. Love Hanoi

Humble accommodation tucked away in old quarter, Hanoi. Lovely customer service (Luna, Leo, Febe &Hannah). Very helpful staff and very polite. Would come here again.

Very nice and friendly hotel. Recommended. Nice people. Close to center. Clean and comfortabel. We will return of corse. Reception desk good. Breakfast very good. Quiet but wellicht located. Goid for discoveribg Hanoi. Now business because of 49th year of reunion.
