I've stayed in Hanoi Old Quarter about three times, and it's a difficult area to choose a hotel in.
There are a lot of hotels that use fake photos to deceive you, and when you get there, many of them have problems like broken air conditioners and poor drainage.
Here too, the photos are a bit shabby, but the facilities are well-equipped and there are no problems.

Terrible. They wouldn’t serve us coffee when we asked and told us to go elsewhere. Would only issue us one room key and came in our room when we put do not disturb on. They tried charging us to clean our sheets which is just ridiculous. Not helpful. Noisy area. No rooftop bar just a fridge with dragonfruit in.

Nice and spacious rooms. Unfurtunuately there were mold in some of our rooms, maybe because there were no Windows and exhaust was limited. Cool fridge and minibar. Aircondition was effektive.

The hotel is centrally located. Close to a lot of the popular sites in Hanoi. The hotel is clean and modern. The staff is great, they recommended restaurants and tours to join while staying in Hanoi. I would recommend this hotel.
