Overall, nice receptionist. The location was convenient and off from a busy street. Our room had street views but it quite away from any other building. You’ll get some privacy.
The breakfast area overlooks the lake and a decent breakfast buffet. The staff are attentive and helpful.

They did not prepare the right type of room first and then asked us to move to a new room for every day, which made our stay very inconvenient. Also the rooms are pretty old looking and not very clean. The only good were the room design and the location.

I like the location here, very convenient and close to Hoan Kiem Lake, eating here is also very convenient... many restaurants next to the hotel... We arrived here at 10am but the receptionist still supported us to check in early, very friendly and enthusiastic... the room is spacious, fully equipped with amenities and necessary things in the toilet... the lake view is also quite good, the price is ok for this room 701... maybe I will come back and stay longer, I think the hotel needs to upgrade the bed, it is not very comfortable... otherwise everything is ok

The hotel has great advantages:
- Near the lake shore, walk a few steps to reach the central area, where there are often live music performances

But when I arrived to check in, the receptionist asked us to cancel the booking on trip.com because the price we booked was cheaper than the hotel's price.
