Hotel staff is friendly and location is nice, near night market and can walk attraction area.

Small room , quiet noisy because facing direct to the street, small bfast area

Good location and as this is in a cheaper range the room was a little bit tired and in need of some TLC and we only found one hair in the bed. Staff are very friendly but breakfast was a bit overcrowded as there is only a few tables. Better to skip breakfast and eat at the local coffee shops. Despite some bad reviews by others, this hotel is recommended for those travelling with a budget.

We booked the hotel for 2 nights, first night we stayed in a room number 503 and had bad experience 1. Bed was combined to become queen bed thus it was not comfortable sleeping 2. There were Ants in the closet 3. The floor was not clean and the toilet/bathroom was not proper So the next day we asked them to change the room. The lady in the reception was very helpful and changed our room to 603. This was much better.

This is a great little hotel in a great location - 10 minutes from the bar area and yet it is on a quiet tree lined street. My room on floor 2, was clean and more than enough room. Bathrooms are a good size with hot water and good shower stall. Tien the manager is more than helpful. He is very knowledgeable on where to eat and shop and arranged good tours. I extended my stay and I will return and happy to recommend the hotel

Hotels in the old quarter only have 1-2 shop houses. Don't expect a big hotel with a price of 600,000 dong. The hotel staff is very helpful in providing information and friendly..

The rooms are spacious and everything is perfect. There is also a convenience store just a stone's throw away, which is very convenient.

Accommodation well located, however it does not look much like the photos. The rooms are very dark (I tested 2 of them!), and the beds very hard and uncomfortable. The staff is friendly but does not speak English which makes the exchanges complicated. I think that in relation to price/quality, it is possible to find better in Hanoi.

Since it's 24-hour check-in, I was able to check in early in the morning. It was pretty clean and the location was good, so I was able to travel comfortably. The staff are all friendly too.

The room in the back of the hotel has a window facing the hallway, but washed sheets were piled up in the hallway, so the air in the room was very muddy and the smell of laundry detergent was strong, so I coughed a lot. The cough subsided when I moved to a room with a window facing outward. Other services such as breakfast were kind, but the condition of the room is not good for health, so I won't visit again.

The location is good, the cleanliness is not clean, the room is a bit old, barely enough for one night stay, the breakfast is average

Breakfast is also free, and the meal was so delicious. I made fried rice myself and kept my luggage until late in the afternoon the next day, so I had a comfortable trip.
