It’s difficult to stay spacious in the old town, and the hotel staff is very friendly

Good stay experience The service of this hotel is very good. It is located next to Hoan Kiem Lake. It has a high CP value and the service staff are very polite, considerate and attentive! The breakfast provided by the hotel is very rich and buffet-style. You can eat a variety of seasonal fruits in Vietnam, and you can also order rice noodles and omelettes. It is very delicious! The service staff are very professional and polite! We stayed here for a week. From here we went to various scenic spots in North Vietnam, visiting Ha Long Bay, Lu Long Bay and Ban Gioc Waterfall. We came back and continued to stay, touring the old quarter of Hanoi, watching the sunrise and sunset over Hoan Kiem Lake, and visiting the Hanoi Cathedral and the Hanoi Cathedral. One Pillar Temple, as well as famous attractions such as Train Street, visit 36 Street leisurely and enjoy the fun of shopping.  Because we were traveling around, we didn’t stay consecutively. Sometimes we would leave early and sometimes return late. We would check in and check out outside the regular hours. The hotel staff always try their best to meet our various needs and are very considerate. This is a service quality that is rare in our travels to various countries and is worthy of high recommendation. 

The location is the best because it is near Hoan Kiem Lake and close to the beer street. However, it is a little noisy at night as much as the accessibility is good. It doesn't bother me to sleep until after midnight. The staff are all friendly, and they greet me and ask how I am doing whenever I see them. They actively help me when I need help, which I really appreciate. The breakfast is good in buffet style, and the a la carte dishes are also great. Since 6-8 kinds of fruit are served every day, there is no need to buy fruit separately. I would like to visit again next time I come to Hanoi.

Environment: The hotel is very close to Hoan Kiem Lake. When you go out, turn left for two to three hundred meters and you will reach the busiest pedestrian street of Hoan Kiem Lake. Service: Tommy and the lady at the front desk are very enthusiastic and speak good English. Hygiene: The sanitation will be cleaned in time, and overall it is good.

The room is not big. Hygiene is not good, the baby was bitten all over.

The hotel is conveniently located in the Old Quarter, with plenty of shops in the nearby vicinity. It is a little cramped so it may not be good for claustrophobic people. As for the staff, I cannot commend Max enough. I dropped my phone on the grab car and he immediately helped me to follow up, retrieve information and then contact grab and eventually managed to get back my phone. The receptionist Anh is also extremely cheerful and chatty, and would keep suggesting places and cafes for me to visit. Definitely a hotel I will go back again in future.

Hotel is small but has a great provincial vibe staff are great! The room was clean and had a small verandah.Rooftop bar is ideal and has a fantastic view! Good drink selection and competitive! 2 min walk to night food markets. Genuinely a good place to stay breakfast was included and was good but simple!

Super friendly and helpful staff. They made suggestions on places and restaurants to go. They accommodated us for an early check-in. The room is good. Enough space for 2. Bed is comfortable. It’s peaceful at night so no problem with our sleep.

Absolutely stunning hotel, staff A1, nothing was too much trouble. Room well equipped with tea/coffee, hairdryer. Huge bathroom/shower. Comfortable king bed. Sky bar the perfect place for cocktails and food. Perfect location for checking out the Old Quarter. Highly highly recommend. We will be back

Great staff and clean hotel. The customer service was great and everyone was attentive to our needs. The staff really went above and beyond to make sure my stay was awesome, the breakfast was really good. Location perfect for exploring the city. We enjoyed our stay thank you ! 🤩

This hotel is very well located in the Old Quarter and very near Hoan Kiem lake. Plenty of shops and eateries within walking distance. I took the Family Room with Lake View and its located towards the back of the hotel and on the 7th floor - there was a nice view of the lake. Room was a decent size and clean. Beds were medium firm and comfortable. Wifi in room was ok. The staff were also friendly and accommodating. The room came with breakfast and there was a reasonable selection, including items that are made to order (their beef pho was quite good). Would definitely stay here again.
