When I booked this hotel in Vietnam, I was a bit hesitant after reading the online reviews, and my expectations weren't high. However, the actual experience far exceeded my expectations! The staff's service was absolutely outstanding: Upon arrival and check-in, a staff member proactively came out to greet me and even kindly helped with my luggage. Throughout my stay, wherever I stopped, they proactively asked if I needed any assistance, their attitude was warm but not overly so. When I left, they also offered a warm farewell, each with a truly heartwarming touch. Even more surprising was the staff's excellent English skills, making communication seamless, and their humorous conversations were truly engaging and engaging. The dining experience was also very satisfying. Breakfast was available on a la carte basis, as well as a simple buffet. Even the waitress who served the food spoke a few words of English, which was very convenient. This stay completely changed my impression of local service, and I truly felt that Vietnam's international service level was much higher than I had imagined. Highly recommended! The room was clean. When I checked out, they also saw me off warmly, and the little details were truly heartwarming. What was even more surprising was that the staff not only had a high level of English, making communication seamless, but also had a good sense of humor when chatting, which really lifted the mood. The dining aspect was also satisfying. Breakfast offered an à la carte service, along with a simple buffet section to choose from. Even the auntie who delivered the food could speak a few words of English, which was very convenient. The hotel is right in the heart of the Old Quarter. It was very nice to walk around the lake in the evening. The rooftop bar is also very nice. Happy Hour has 3 cocktails for the price of 2. Breakfasts are luxurious: they can make pancakes, omelettes with fillings. 8 types of fruits!
