i was very satisfied with everything
but on my last day, after amenities were changed, there were many tiny little bugs outside the wrappings. i assumed it’s from amenities storage area? please take a look and deal with this problem.

This hotel previously is known as Eastin Hotel and I had been there a couple of times. The hotel is well maintained and I love the interior decorations of this hotel, the room is spacious and bed is comfortable. The breakfast has also wide spread of variety choice from Vietnamese to Western. Price is very reasonable and hopefully they will stay that way and improve their standard with the new hotel management.

I like the chocolate hour from 4-5 pm. The staff have been very helpful.
What they could have done better is that they should have separate conditioner and shower gel. I don’t like the idea of “conditioning shampoo” (2 in 1). The toothbrushes come with paper-packet toothpaste which is difficult to use.
I think this hotel has a lot of good potential especially the very friendly and helpful staff, but it’d be much better if it decides not to use cheap amenities like the cheap toothbrushes and the lack of a separate shower gel.

Room was nice but quite far out from the centre of Hanoi. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Pool is great as well as the gym.
