Hanoi was a bit chilly when I went in November, but the hotel had a bathtub, which was great. The hotel staff were all friendly and the place was clean and well managed. The hotel's breakfast can be enjoyed leisurely on the 9th floor while looking out at the outdoors. The menu changes slightly every day, including bread, Japanese food, and rice, and you can choose from them. It's not as extensive as a buffet, but it was perfect for breakfast. This is the hotel I would like to stay at again next time I go to Hanoi.

The hotel's location is great. The room is very clean and comfortable. The staffs are friendly and accomodating. They always greet you with a smile. The breakfast is also great. If I get to go back to Hanoi, I'll definitely stay here.

The location is a bit far from the tourist area, but the hotel was great and the staff was so helpful. I’d go back if I visit Hanoi again.

Very satisfied ~ This trip to Hanoi, Vietnam was a great experience, and this hotel added a lot of points. Before booking, I saw a comment saying that this hotel is dedicated to Japanese people, so the hygiene is very good. Seeing this, I decisively placed an order. When I arrived at the hotel, I found it was really very clean. Although the decoration style is very ordinary, every place is clean and tidy, which really makes people feel very comfortable. The service attitude of the boss and the boss's wife is also very good. Although they don't speak English, you can feel their enthusiasm. I stayed for three nights, and the breakfast every day was different. It was a bit like Japanese set meal, and it was quite delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.
