It was nice experience to stay in the light hotel. Location in old are so convenient to go everywhere. Breakfast was excellent, many options to choose. Staff in hotel so friendly. And swimming pool works till 10 pm it was great!

What a great time we had at the Light Hotel. The service and kindness of the staff is unbelievable. A very warm welkome, helpfull tips to visit the city and a breakfast to go arrangened when our taxidriver came unexpectedly early. The rooms are nice, the pool al little old, breakfast is rich in choice and taste, and the location is perfect in the Old Centre near the Night Market (10min walk)

We loved our stay here - the location is very central so you can walk around. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and well kept - good value for money.

This hotel is in a handy location - close to train street and the church. The bed is comfortable and the breakfast selection is excellent. Helpful staff make the stay easy.

Hotel doesn’t have front parking space, room smells bad including floor. Too far from the airport.

I think the location is great because there are more shops I want to go to on the west side of Hoan Kiem Lake than on the north side, and it feels a little less cluttered.The pool is small, but the few times I went in it was not warm and it felt good.The view is also very good.There is a shower and towels are provided.I thought the staff were very friendly, even though it is a relatively cheap hotel.Is it normal these days to not change the sheets? I was a little skeptical.Everyone wrote that the breakfast was delicious, but unfortunately I don't think so.Trip.com does not offer a plan without breakfast, but I would be happy if I could choose a plan without breakfast next time.When I come back from outside, I always feel very relieved when I come back to this hotel, such as the brightness, cleanliness, size, flowers, the presence of the doorman, the working air conditioning, and the greetings of the staff.I would definitely use it again.

The location is perfect and the room really good. The buffet lunch is great. The swimming pool is small but sufficient. The staff are very helpful and friendly, however they don't do much to combat the noise of people shouting in the corridors at 6am repeatedly.

Yes, it's close to the old town. It's very convenient to eat, wash your feet and massage. Not far away are embassies of various countries. There are many foreigners on the street, but it's not very quiet. You can hear the noise outside in the room

This hotel is in a convenient location, so it is very accessible to anywhere in the old town. It's a pity that the facilities are a bit old and the room is a bit narrow compared to other hotels in Hanoi in the same price range. However, the staff were all friendly, the service was good, and the breakfast was satisfactory.
