I stayed 4 nights in total at this hotel. I like the fact that we didn’t need to ask for room service. However, that one lady from reception gives off the mean girl vibe(maybe it’a just her rbf and the way she talks). It was 27$ sgd a night and I would say it’s worth for what you pay. We take grab to central area every day since it’s a bit far(costs around 50000-60000 vnd each trip). The room is big and I like the fact that the tv has varieties to choose(Netflix, youtube, etc.). The bathroom is spacious and nth is spoiled. Toilet has bidet and tissue. The aircon works well too. Around the hotel doesn’t have much restaurants, so we always order grab food(only have circle k and a few cafes). I recommend this hotel if you’re on a budget trip.

Just opened the elevator door and saw it was like a garbage dump. I was shocked. The morning receptionist was friendly. The night shift staff consisted of a man and a young woman. When a guest had a problem, they would just say "let me wait until morning" :))) while in the morning it was another woman's shift. It felt like they didn't want to solve the problem for me. While I was sitting around, not busy. I stayed here for about 11 days. The hotel was ok. The room was ok compared to the price. It was a bit old, there was a 24/7 parking attendant. When I stayed, there was a period of repair work. Drilling, chiseling, hammering... all day long, very very noisy.

It's close to the bus stop and it's very cheap, so I stayed here for the first time. The facilities are old, which is appropriate for the price, but the cleanliness is normal. There is a hair dryer and all the amenities, so it's not a problem. I'm grateful that there is a refrigerator at this price.
Disappointments: 1. The elevator floor buttons are not lit, so I don't know if they are working.
2. There is only one wall outlet in the room, which was broken and could not be used (the outlet behind the wall-mounted TV was working, so I had to charge it).
3. It's probably fine for regular travelers, but I couldn't stay there with just a temporary residence permit, and I was asked to show my passport. (The temporary residence permit serves as a passport, so this was the first time I was asked for both.)
It's fine if you're just staying for a night, and it's within a few kilometers of Hoan Kiem Lake, and for this price.
