Good location with access to the office buildings at Dich Vong Hau and nearby amenities; quite near airport as well (~30min). Very comfortable stay with good facilities in the room - with a kitchen area and even washing machine. A good value-for-money option.

The room is spacious, but the soundproofing is very poor. Construction is underway at 7am across the street. It is not recommended for people who have high requirements for soundproofing or light sleepers. Reporting to the front desk was ineffective.

The room is just a wall.
It is clean inside.
There is only one person at the front desk.
One big disadvantage is that the shower water is very cold. It is icy cold and not warm at all. This is very bad. The air conditioner is very noisy. The kettle is full of scale. I dare not boil water to drink.

・The shower in the bath does not have hot water (I don't know how to do it)
・The washing machine doesn't turn on and I don't know how to use it.
