It’s a 2-star hotel (based on the number of stars displayed on its signboard). The facilities are ok. The staffs are friendly and helpful. I stayed there 3 nights and was given 2 nos of 350m water bottles per day FOC. The room service is free as I was told. The only opportunity for improvement that I could see is the water heater in my room. The hot water didn’t come out consistently throughout. It was running a while only then the water become cooler, but I guess not all rooms have this problem. Overall, I’m having good experience here. Will book it again if I go to Hanoi next time

酒店房間很大，佈置得也很典雅，老闆人很好，必須點贊。
酒店可以幫忙訂來回機場出租車，如果沒有越南打車小程序可以讓老闆幫忙，很方便。
周圍有一些小吃店，越南春捲和河粉可以嘗試。
就是周圍環境不是很好，比較臟亂，尤其是門口的河水，有臭味。但越南基本上環境都是這樣，沒辦法。

I have nearly no negative things to say about this hotel. The check-in staff are nice and the elevator does not shake. There are many restaurants nearby and shops are not far away at all. The problem is that the emergency exit (a ladder on the outside of the hotel) is rusted and probably can't hold 4 people. The water IS NOT FREE SO DO NOT ACCIDENTALLY DRINK IT, and nor is the food. The aircon and fan work just fine. The place requires you to turn on the water heater manually to get hot water, unless you are lucky and the previous cardholders left the hot water on. There is a spa in fact, in your room (703). Extra toothpaste, toothbrushes and towels are free. The curtain for the bathroom can be seen through, a huge negative.
