Every time I go to Hanoi, I stay at Hotel Ya Hanoi. Although it's a bit of a walk from Linh Lang, I think it's a convenient location. The hotel also has a large public bath and sauna, and I was able to watch many movies in the room, so I was able to spend a comfortable time.

The rooms are well-cleaned, the facilities are nice, and you can stay very comfortably. The desk is spacious enough for working and there is a business chair, so you won't get tired easily. Breakfast is a set meal reservation system, and the contents are sad. I think young children and people who don't eat well in the morning will be dissatisfied.

本当なら無料アップグレードがあり星5つなんですが、
非常に腹ただしい事がありましたので評価を下げました。
３日の日に鼻風邪喉痛を自覚し表の薬局で薬を買いました。
写真は捨てられた後に3日分買い直しました。
はい、デスクの上に写真のように置いといた未使用分含めた薬がビニール毎回収捨てられたようです。
まぁ現地薬局だから…フロントにクレームをいい、勝手に捨てたのでレシートをみせて補償してくれます？
できません。
なら捨てたのを回収してくれます？
できません...
一切対応できませんと、日本から持ち込んだ薬とかならどうするのかと…
しょうがないから薬局で再び買い直してフロントににこの状態でデスクの上に置いて捨てるんですか？！
確かに捨てるのはおかしいです…
スタッフに指導して下さい！
と伝えましたが果たして…と言う次第です。
本来なら10万ﾄﾞﾝキーピングの方にチップなんですが最終日分は置きませんでした。
