Located inside a small alley, staffs are friendly. Rooms doesn’t look very impressive, not very clean, old towels, below average toiletries provided in the toilet, hair dryer not functioning, and very poor sound proofing.

It is not hotel at all, but hostel. Understand the price is there, however, you cant image how small and old of this hotel. But the location is not bad

The hotel in general seems ok and is very well located, but our room wasn't very nice. Main issue was noise as we were right next door to the Spa (closes 11pm with someone hanging around outside our door clearing up until around 1am) and above the restaurant (breakfast starts 6am). Therefore there was a narrow window to really get sleep. With general cleanliness and presentation, there was paint splattered over all the furniture when redecorated, a lot of hair around, scale on the tap and shower and toothpaste on the mirror. Also the mini fridge wasn't on in our room, when we checked why it was unplugged and the plug is the wrong sort for the socket. No idea when that fridge last worked if ever. We changed our plans and were only there for one night in the end, would not recommend here considering for the price you can get a lot better in Hanoi.

Phanh was very helpful and made the stay very enjoyable. Even after our booking, they graciously allowed us to leave our bags there, let us use the toilet to freshen up and even gave us free water. Thank you for the hospitality!

Good and clean, everything perfect… except door acoustic insulation perhaps. The location is perfect, not too central but still easy to visit Hoan Kiem. We recommend for a few days in HaNoi.

We arrived in Hanoi on the first night. The overall facilities of the hotel we stayed in were pretty good, but the location was in an alley. It was not easy for travelers with large suitcases. However, I like the softness of the hotel beds. If you are If you pay attention to sleep, it will be a good choice. The whole room is occupied by a large bed🤣

You pay what you get, the room is OK not super luxurious, they cleaned it everyday which was a plus. The shower was soso , you had to wait a few minutes for warmwater. The big plus are the receptionist, those two ladies (one with glasses the other with blond hair) helped us a lot, gave us very good recommendations, also both fluent in english👍 But also Mr. Ha and the other two who spent the whole night at the reception desk, very friendly and helpful. If I would come back, then more due to those hardworkers:-D

Sharing my experience so other travelers can avoid this place. Made my booking for a family room more than a month ago via a third party platform and on the day of arrival was told that our room had some air con water leakage and there is no room for us. The receptionist/sales guy also tried to gaslight me saying that he tried to call me multiple times on the arrival day to confirm my reservation but I didn’t answer. Long story short, I was forced to cancel the booking on my end and go to another hotel that he suggested. Reading the other reviews, it seem like it’s not the first time sudden cancellations happened which makes it highly dubious. Now I can’t even write a review to warn other travelers on the third party platform (which they received high ratings for) Anyway the hotel is located in a back alley and doesn’t look anything like the pictures at all. Glad we dodged a bullet. p/s thinking it was a genuine unfortunate event, we naively went ahead to book a day trip tour with them after we were told the bad news. The price we paid wasn’t cheap, yet on the day itself, instead of having a designated tour guide, we were randomly thrown to join another tour group and were neglected throughout. Please avoid this place at all costs. There are many better options in Hanoi.

Room was very small and bed was very uncomfortable. Linens were torn and very strange room layout. Not at all like the photos. Hotel was very difficult to find as it’s at the end of a narrow alley. We booked for 3 nights and only stayed for one. They refused to refund us for the 2 nights we didn’t stay. For the price, there are plenty of much better options nearby. Just don’t book here. Not worth the headache.
