With its affordable price, the hotel exceeded my expectations and overall really nice. The staff are very kind and helpful. Hotel room is spacious and comfortable to live. I’m satisfied.

A unique small hotel on the northern edge of the old quarter, so walking everywhere is possible or I took Grab bike. I stayed 3 nights in a 4th floor room with a tiny balcony looking over the train tracks. I did not notice any trains overnight. An older building that is well-kept in good condition. Comfortable bed, good size room. Staff are very helpful with many recommendations for food and tours and other information. I took a recommended trip to Ninh Bình that I really enjoyed. Overall a very good value and I will definitely stay again when I return to Hanoi.

By the way, regarding the important room, there were some parts that had deteriorated compared to 3 years ago. After all, if you don't use the room, it will deteriorate. I posted an image, but ① I was surprised to see a big hole in the bath towel. ② The shower temperature gets hot, then cold, and hot water like boiling water comes out, so I can't take a shower without worry. . . It was the same during the day, early in the morning, and late at night, as well as during the night when usage was concentrated. ③ The shower head was also wrinkled, and the view was coming out from places other than the hole in the shower. The staff are friendly, I like the location, and there is no doubt that it is generally comfortable, but I noticed the deterioration from 3 years ago before corona.
