Please note that the bathroom is shared with another room (and located outside in the hall). However it does not affect the cleanliness and quality of the stay. Overall very worth it for the price and location. Walking to the lake is just 10 minutes, and right outside of the hotel there are many many eateries, desserts, cafes...
The room itself is extremely spacious, just that the wall is thin.
The staffs are very helpful and supportive, even after you check out.

There are salons, spa, cafe and restaurants nearby. The homestay is also a travel agency. You can sign up with them if you would like to go for various tour in Vietnam.

It is a really cosy place, good rooms, perfect location, rooms have shared bathroom, but it is not a problem. Tha stuff js super helpfull. Fully recommend staying here, very good price-worth ratio.

The stay was alright. Staff was nice and helpful. However the bathroom was a shared one and that was my deal breaker.

Very affordable price, located in the city center, very close to the church and Hoan Kiem Lake, the girl at the front desk knows WeChat, which is convenient for contact. It's my first time in Vietnam and I feel more at ease to find a reliable homestay. The indoor stairs are very small, but the room is quite large.

Hanowood Homestay is a typical French-style small Western-style house in Vietnam. It is about 1 km away from the Coffe Club in Hoan Kiem Lake. It is relatively convenient to travel.
The girl at the front desk is not only pretty, but also speaks English well. He can also speak Chinese. Although he has an accent, it does not hinder normal communication.
