DO NOT Stay in this hotel!! MOLD in the bedroom & Staff cannot do anything because another room has been fully booked (I found it still available in Online Channel).

Отель старый, персонал некомпетентный.
Бронировал представительский номер, на фото выглядел хорошо, площадь 28 кв.м., кровать шириной 1,8 кв.м.
Заселили в маленький номер (площадью 21 кв.м.) не соответствующий фотографиям с кроватью шириной 1,6 м., ремонт старый (двери в ванную не закрываются, дверь в саму душевую не закрывается, всё в ржавчине и плесени). Номер находится на 8 этаже, а лифт идет только до 7 и по лестнице пришлось самостоятельно тащить свои чемоданы. Напор воды очень слабый, и льётся то холодная, то горячая вода. В связи с моими претензиями администратор связался с менеджером, но он посчитал что всё хорошо и претензии необоснованные.
Не рекомендую это место!
Желаю менеджеру и другим лицам при поездках попадать как можно чаще в ситуации, когда обманывают.

전반적으로 만족. 직원 친절. 위치 봏음. 다만 마지막밤에 위, 옆, 아래층 단체 관광객이 너무 시끄러워 담을 못 잤음. 이 부분은 호텔에서 해결을 못해 줘서 불편했음
