Ok for what you pay. Many people coming in and didn’t feel safe for my values

It was a very nice stay here. Very great stay. No noise. Very clean and warm. Great welcome. Help desk available 24/7. Food and walking street and tour guide booking also available. Love it. Recommended.

The place is far away from the center. They have diferente and many rooms. The toilettes are outside, very small and separated. I did not see nobody clean. The área around is very dirty and there are not place to eat nearby. There are many stairs and noises outside. The family live here and they are all the time in the house controlling with the camera. I came gere because was cheaper than oher places but I think is still expensive because the services are not good.

Owner is very kindness, and we can enjoy our stay. I also want to use it when I come to Hanoi in the future.

I booked and paid online. When I arrived I spent 30 minutes looking for the person in charge. After he showed up, he claimed there is no room available! I waited for 30 minutes and then he took me to another hotel which was a disaster!

Overall, I like this hotel at this location. The owner is an old man who is friendly and friendly. The hotel is also neat and clean and looks good! I originally planned to stay only one night, but later booked two more nights! fine!

Ocean view, city view, balcony, hair dryer, indoor bathroom and toilet were all checked, but none of them were there. It seemed different from the room I reserved. The owner was nice, but there were days when the electricity went out due to a power outage, which was quite exhausting. What a shame.

Double room with city view. Really large, clean and with attention to detail Very bright, comfortable beds. The only flaw: very very hot as it is located on the top attic floor. However, air conditioning and a fan were present which allowed for an optimal stay. Shared bathrooms always clean, very friendly staff. Presence of a shared kitchen and a kettle with cups in the room.

I arrived late because my flight was delayed 6 hours and when I arrived at the hostel there were no more rooms and I had already paid for it... I couldn't spend the night there.
