Clean and conformable room. We had a complimentary fruit plate at check-in. The staff is nice and helpful. I would visit again, but need room with better view.

洗面所お風呂シャワートイレルームは部屋と同じぐらい広く、必要なシャンプーリンス、ボディソープなど揃えてあり、快適でした。朝食は質が良い種類も豊富で満足でした。機会があれはまた利用したいと思います。

I had a chance to stay at The Q during my holiday. I got a suggestion from some of my mates and the Q lived up to my expectations. Service was good, room was tidy and clean. The food at the restaurant was superb with a friendly explanation from the staff when they told me the history of the food i had. I got this drink which i found kinda unique and tasty, its a must-drink i suggest. Will come back for sure

The hotel room, service, food for vegetarians and staff is amazing. Alice and Serena are very cooperative here. They gave us free upgrade on our last day to VIP room.

the staff at the Q hotel are very friendly and helpful. Alice on reception is excellent but everyone was so helpful from booking a taxi to directions conveniently located, very neat and clean and perfect for a few days o. Hanoi! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very good service and a good attitude from all staff. Alice on reception most helpfull. Breakfast was very good and the room service was also quick. Visted two of the restaurants in relatively easy walking distance from the hotel where the local food was good.
