Hotel is near to everything. Love the decor of the hotel lobby. Super friendly staff and clean room. Highly recommended
Edited review : came here again after 2 years and it’s still amazing. Praises to hotel staff especially , bellboy was very helpful with great smiles. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️will definitely come back again.

Little cute hotel ! Only unhappy about we paid superior room , but our room is no window !☹️, otherwise everything is perfect ! The staff very helpful !

The location is central. The hotel Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread is one of the best among the VN hotels I stayed. The room is standard size but with all the amenities. Internet connection is very good.

Convenient. Room is a bit old but overall is good. Service from the young boy (bellboy) was very good and the whole team always have a smile on their face. Lovely experience

If you want a flexible hotel don’t book here. I couldn’t enter Vietnam due to visa issues and this hotel was unwilling to cancel/ refund me for not being able to enter the country. There are better options to spend your money. Don’t go here.

Excellent hotel, nice interior, friendly staff. Despite the noisy streets around, the room was very quiet (the window was on a small internal atrium). Comfortable bed.

I couldn't lock the door from the inside.
It would have been nice if they could lend me an adapter or charger for my iPhone, etc.

The location is in an alley. The room I booked was an executive suite, but it was much smaller than the exquisite suite I stayed in the day before! The location is convenient for eating and shopping.

Quaint boutique hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is good, right in the middle of old quarter. Plenty of eateries around. Breakfast choice isn't a lot but was delicious and adequate. The room we had was spacious and clean.

Excellent hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was also included, which was delicious. Location is perfect with easy access to everything. The staff were very helpful with organising our car transfer to and from the airport. Would definitely stay here again.

Babylon Premium Hanoi was a great place to stay for our split trip to Hanoi. We stay 2 night prior to our Bei Tu Long Bay cruise and 2 night after before flying home to Aus. The hotel safely stowed some of our luggage whilst we were on our 2 night cruise. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The girls on reception spoke good English. Our room was clean and good size. Our bed was very comfy. I’d recommend the Junior suite rooms as it gives a bit more space and has a balcony. Room 601 is our pick. Breakfast had a good variety on the buffet and some freshly cooked options available to order. It was great to finish a long day of sightseeing with a good massage in the Spa. It is a perfect location in the centre of Old town Hanoi to explore all on Foot.
