I recently had the pleasure of staying at La Sinfonía, and I can confidently say it's one of the best hotels I've experienced. The food and drinks are simply outstanding, easily the best in town. The rooftop bar offers an amazing view of the city, making it the perfect place to unwind with a cocktail. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing 5-star treatment throughout my stay. I would highly recommend La Sinfonía to anyone looking for a memorable experience. Just next to Hoan Kiem Lake, convenient for city walk around old quarter. A boutique hotel, good service and facilities at this price range. Really love the Spa at hotel.

Location is wonderful. Right in front of the lake, and right by the old town. Food and spas and shops are all within easy walking distance. Even the famed metropole hotel is just 10 min walk away. Breakfast is included and is served at the rooftop restaurant that has a great view of the lake. It includes both local and western offerings and many vegetarian options.

This hotel in the heart of old quarters had such a convenient location! The rooms were clean. But what stands out is the service. They go out of their way to welcome you and help you with everything. Making reservations, coming to check if everything is ok. All the staff were exceptionally warm so it’s unfair to name one person. Yet I will name Loc Luu and Vi Bui as people who were so helpful. We had a birthday in our group and they met us with a cake at breakfast without us saying anything. And even presented the birthday girl with a gift of a Vietnamese bowl. In fact, we had asked where to buy this item, and the fact that they procured it for the birthday showed that they really paid attention to what we needed! They took care to make sure we were kept safe during the typhoon. Never had I had a hotel stay where they came up to us at breakfast to tell us that they were able to give us a late checkout for 2 out of 3 of our rooms. Their attention to detail and follow up is amazing.

This hotel was perfect for our Vietnamese honeymoon! The hotel organised a little surprise decoration just for us! It was very lovely and they were very welcoming!

I would recommend it’s nice and central , nice breakfast, tours groups respectul team this hotel you get hotel pick and drop offs. Also it’s neat to lake and you get experience the city life culture before hitting other areas 😊so it . I stayed long enough and get a hotel upgrade. Thank you ! Surrendering arears …

I love this hotel!! We have stayed in many hotels in this region, but this one is by far the best! The staff are amazing and the level of service is next level! It's a little pricy for the region, but you get more than you expect back. The Sky bar can boast some of the best views in Hanoi over turtle late and serves some very special food, but again you will pay for the privilege as this is not a cheap hotel with services from the spa, restaurant and sky bar are incurring a significantly high price tag in comparison to other establishments in Hanoi. Overall I can not recommend this hotel enough, just come with plenty of coin in your pocket!

The hotel was located right across the road from Hoàn Kiếm and the roof top had great views of the lake and the city. The hotel is also located right next to the old quarter and is only a 10 minute drive to other attractions in Hanoi. The hotel was very clean and the staff are very welcoming.

Friendly staff and great amenities. Welcome fruits and drinks were provided and toiletries provided were great.

The hotel is located in Hanoi's old quarter near the hoan kiem lake. Friendly staff make your stay wonderful. The room is clean, with amenities like a digital safe, cleaning shampoo, body, hair dryer and etc. Free Wifi connection around the building.

The Sinfonia del Rey was a great place to stay to end my time in Hanoi. The location was ideal and the service - especially from Brian - made me feel like a VIP. There is a beautiful view from the restaurant on the 7th floor and an even better view from the rooftop bar which had live music while I was there. The rooms are smaller than average but they are well appointed, clean, and relatively new with a very comfortable bed. It’s the service from the staff that shined most during my stay. Recommended!
