Booked a room and paid immediately on the app. But on the day of check-in, the receptionist said all the rooms were full. So I had to find another hotel. When I asked for a refund, they said the app would refund after 1-2 days. Luckily, I met the boss so I could request a refund directly, otherwise I wouldn't have known when I would have received the refund.

The air conditioner in the room was unusable. It was close to the main road so it was a bit noisy and the hotel was closed at night but they didn't inform the operator. I won't go there again.
