I was very impressed with my stay here, especially the excellent service from the staff. The warm welcome and excellent advice were provided. Thank you very much and I would recommend everyone to support and stay here. If there is a chance next time, I will choose to stay here again. Everything was perfect. The accommodation is good, the staff is good, and it is very easy and convenient to travel.

A lovely, small modern boutique hotel with excellent service! The staff are very friendly, helpful and speak good English so there’s no need to worry about any language barrier. They even stay in touch via WhatsApp to check on your well-being and offer helpful suggestions throughout the day. As a bonus, we get to enjoy a complimentary manicure (just next door!!) and the massage services was fantastic too!
The hotel is tucked away in a small and quiet alley with just a short walk to the Train Street. You can easily walk to the weekend market and other nearby attractions too. It’s a great area to explore on foot — lots of cute cafés, local restaurants and plenty of local vibes! Just watch out that some streets don’t have proper sidewalks.
Highly recommend this place for its warm hospitality and great value.

Nice hotel at good location with walking distance to train station street, old quarters, and many others spots with surrounding of good and famous restaurants. Young staff mostly and all are polite, passionate, helpful and attentive. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Hanoi. Breakfast is simple yet good - they serve pho and omelette. There is also a nice comprehensive map provided by the hotel on all the destinations so no worries if you come unprepared.

Had a wonderful stay! The hotel staff were very friendly and attentive, and we received such a warm welcome upon arrival. The room was comfortable and cozy. We even enjoyed a relaxing hot stone foot massage during our stay. Breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of options. Highly recommend!

Excellent hospitality! This was by far the best hotel hospitality in Vietnam - the staff explained the hotel services and surrounding attractions very well, and offered to pack my breakfast takeaway as I had to set off early in the morning the next day.
Room was nice though a bit small. There's a surprise set up and cake for anniversaries.
The spa next to the hotel was great, strongly recommend!
