The hotel location is central in Hanoi Old Towns with plenty of restaurants, tour offices and shoppings. The buffet breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Staffs are courteous and helpful at all time. We had an excellent experience in Hanoi.

The hotel is located very close to the center of Hanoi city and you can enjoy the culinary delights directly in front of the hotel itself and in the old quarter

Many international tourists live in the annex, and there are bars, restaurants, shopping and massage shops.
＞ The sanitation of the room is not good, the shower curtain and the sink are dirty; sorry for the price we paid; the breakfast is also simple, more powder soup or bread eggs

Can't take a shower Water pressure/refrigerator broken Overall, it was the worst accommodation I've ever stayed in. Trip.com never recommends this hotel.

It is not actually 3 or 4 star, AC was broken, bathroom door doesn't lock,the room was sticky, Bed linens were not changed when we entered room. On complain they said the room can't be changed. Place is noisy, you can't sleep if you are not tired.

Wifi in the room didn't work. In the lobby it was fine. Breakfast was good. The bathroom had a very strange setup and leaked a lot of water onto the floor. Staff was very Pleasant
