Good Location, near to eateries, and night market. But no lift and room is not free from outside noise. You can hear poeple walking and talking along the staircase.
Good for pubbing, eating and shopping. Not good for good night rest.

Very good location right in the Center of Hanoi but but there are many drawbacks. First, the room is a bit run down and the aircon makes a loud whooshing noise at night nonstop and caused me to wake up in the middle of the night. Second, I tried to ask the staff to help clear the trash and I left outside the door but no one cleared it, so for 6 days we had to keep compacting our trash in the bin. Third and perhaps the worst point is the noise-the door isn’t thick enough so noises and sounds from the bar at the ground floor keep getting through late at night. Equally bad is when other guests or staff talking at the corridor late at night. The street in front of the hotel is constantly congested with eateries and bars so good luck trying to get through.

It's convenient to get around because it's in the middle of the old town, but the facilities and services seem to be a mess, so I don't think it's at a level that I would recommend to others.

During the day, the hallways were dark, so you couldn't enter or exit without a flashlight. The facilities were so old that it felt like a warehouse or a multipurpose room filled with stuff.

I would not recommend this place if you want to be able to sleep at all. I had earplugs but it was like sleeping in a bar with super loud music until 4 am in the morning.
