Terrible experience.
I booked this hotel assuming it was inside the transit area (before immigration), as I had a next-day morning flight. But after following the signs, I found out it was outside immigration on the 2nd floor—and I couldn’t go back without a special stamp.Immigration told me to ask the airline, and the airline said it was immigration’s job. Neither side helped. In the end, I couldn't even see the hotel and completely wasted my money. No showers, poor location, and zero support. It’s better to book a hotel outside the airport.

Tôi đã đặt khách sạn này vì nghĩ rằng nó nằm trong khu quá cảnh (trước khi nhập cảnh), do tôi có chuyến bay sáng hôm sau. Nhưng sau khi đi theo các biển chỉ dẫn, tôi mới biết khách sạn nằm ở tầng 2, bên ngoài khu nhập cảnh – và tôi không thể quay lại đó nếu không có con dấu đặc biệt.
Nhân viên xuất nhập cảnh bảo tôi liên hệ với hãng hàng không, còn hãng thì lại nói đó là việc của hải quan. Không ai giúp đỡ cả. Cuối cùng, tôi thậm chí không được nhìn thấy khách sạn và mất toàn bộ số tiền đã đặt.
Không có phòng tắm, vị trí bất tiện, và không có sự hỗ trợ nào. Tốt hơn nên đặt khách sạn bên ngoài sân bay.

Awesome stay for single traveller and location is inside airport terminal. No shower facility but toilets are available outside. Room come with aircon and fan but it will get cold at night.
