The hotel is located in an ideal location. It is close to the center, at the same time there are plenty of shops, restaurants and pharmacies nearby. The manager of the hotel is very nice and communicative

Was at counter waiting to checkin and the receptionist asked us to wait and kept talking to a lady for like half an hour, then only tell us we have to come back to checkin after 2pm, we really don't understand why make us waited half an hour for a 5 seconds answer while she knew we wanted to checkin
