Lucky 2 Hotel & Travel

Very damp. Very. Very. The bed is wet, clothes have become damp in 2 days, backpacks too, you sleep on a wet bed, even the book is all swollen due to moisture.

The good thing is that it's not far from Hoan Kiem Lake and the location is decent 👌 Honestly, the negative aspects were more noticeable. I booked it because I thought it was good because the bathtub was in the picture, but when I tried to remove the plug, the accumulated water wouldn't drain. When I lifted the plug with my hand, it came out, but the floor of the bathtub was sticky. Maybe the bathtub was just placed on the floor, but the water was overflowing onto the floor, which was a pain 😣 I wonder if they want it to flow down the drain! ? It doesn't flow well. There is a TV, but there is no response when I press the remote control. The staff at check-in didn't even smile, and when I asked for my passport back, they threw it on the desk (TT) It was disappointing.

The location is very good, in the middle of the west side of Hoan Kiem Lake, and it is very convenient to go north and south. There is an elevator from the 1st to the 5th floor, and there is a flight of stairs to the 6th floor. The room size is acceptable, the internet works, and the hair dryer is provided and is quite powerful.

The boss is very kind and the bathroom is very new. It is very convenient to travel in the old city. You can go to the scenic spot Hoan Kiem Lake and Hanoi Cathedral on foot. I will choose this hotel again next time. The price is very cheap.

There are cockroaches in the room 🪳, the sheets were not changed, and they were very dirty. It is not recommended to stay there.

The price is cheap! ! The location and hotel staff (including the cleaning staff) are wonderful! My request (ice, towels, taxi at 5am, etc.) was in poor English, but they listened and tried to make it happen. Overall, the price was right. There was hot water and the water pressure was strong. However...the cleanliness levels in Japan and Vietnam are fundamentally different, so personally I think it's worth the price, but it might be a no-go for some people... 😅 However, the demeanor of the hotel staff was five-star, and they worked hard individually. As for the quality of the staff, I can recommend them without hesitation! ✨
