very clean hotel with good customer service. Make up room everyday and refill amenities everyday.
Hotel is in old quarter and very convenient for pick up if joining day tours.
Breakfast is super sumptuous with wide variety of food .
Room is quiet despite on the roadside of the busy street.
Many cafes and restaurants nearby. Easy to buy local specialties. Walking distance to dong xuan market and lake.

Our stay at May de Ville Hotel met our expectations. The staff members were exceptionally courteous and accommodating. The room was clean and neat. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of delicious options. Situated in a fantastic area near Beer Street, the hotel provided quick and efficient room service. Additionally, booking a one-day tour to Halong Bay directly through the hotel was convenient, especially with the pick-up service included. We look forward to returning here in the future.p pop

This was a fabulous hotel -very centrally located with wonderful helpful staff. Will recommend and come again. PS great view of the Central Lake Hoan Kiem Lake for breakfast during the day and from roof top bar at night.

The hotel is just okay!!! Location is good but customer service is not that great. A lot of receptionist and staff just standing around talking. We check in one night before heading to airport and was lounging around the lobby, ask for a cup of water to take some medicine and was given an attitude. Also mom got sick during our trip, so I asked for pharmacy near by but didn’t seem like they wanted to show me or offer any help. For the money spent here, just look for other hotel. We stayed at another hotel just down the street before going on our Ha Long Bay cruise and it was much better! The staff was much more attentive and helpful than this hotel. The only reason we didn’t stay there again, was because we already booked this hotel and it was non-refundable. Only good thing about this hotel is the central location! If you want better service, than look around, there’s plenty of other options in Hanoi.

The location is great with a few minutes reaching the lake and the center of everything. The room is ok, a bit small but I guess everywhere in Hanoi is pretty the same.Breakfast is up to standards with everything we need. We extend our stay for four hours because of the flight and we paid 50 usd for it - more than half of the original room price. It would be great if they have a standard for it - say half the price? Love everything except that.
