We had a great stay at this hotel. Our room is spacious and the hotel is very close to some famous attractions in Old Quarter Hanoi. The receptionist is very nice and helpful too.

Faulty door and Faulty lock.

The hotel had the perfect location away from main road but walking distance to everything. Was a little bit out dated could do with modernising.
Only bad bit was we needed a taxi to the airport on our last morning to we asked the lady in reception to sort this for us and she got us to pay for it there and then, we were stood outside waiting and once the taxi was ten minutes late I went in to ask where it was and it hadn’t been booked! We ended up leave 25 minutes late and when we got in the taxi I had to explain to the driver that we had already paid, he then had to go and talk to the hotel making us later!

Excellent little backstreet hotel within 5 minutes walk from St Joseph's Cathedral. Nearby are restaurants, massage services, coffee shops, and bars.
The manager was very helpful, organising airport transfers for our large family. Will also organise tours and motorbike hire, I'm sure.
The rooms were comfortable, if not basic. Although the beds were some of the softest we've found in Vietnam so far!
