Reception Kelly provided excellent service. And her colleague Max (Bella Rosa Suites) service was excellent too.

Good hotel in terms of location. It is in the heart of bars, restaurants and spa area. The beer street is a minute or so away. The staff are helpful and friendly. The room I got was very big with two king size beds. It was at the rear of the building so away from the noise. I’d recommend this room if you want a quiet night.

The hotel is located in the old town of Hanoi, very close to Hoan Kiem Lake and 36th Street, and only 1 to 2 kilometers from the surrounding attractions. Although the hotel is small and looks inconspicuous, it is very clean. The service from the front desk staff was very good. When I couldn't buy tickets for the water puppet show, the sister of the woman at the front desk took me to buy tickets on her motorcycle. Thank you very much. I will stay here again next time I come to Hanoi.

The hotel is located in the old city. It is not big but very clean and tidy. It is a quiet place in the middle of the hustle and bustle, and it is convenient to the surrounding attractions. The front desk staff was enthusiastic and prepared motorcycles for us to facilitate traveling in the city.

The location is very good, but the counter staff are not familiar with the operation process, which leads to a waste of time for customers to wait for half an hour.

Just a great location.

Exceptional service. Our original hotel messed up our booking and had us wait around for hours. We arrived here and was told “you’re room 301, the aircon is on, your door is open and the key is in the room” after travelling for 24hrs we couldn’t be happier. It’s clean, friendly, and on the morning we checked out early the staff got breakfast started early so we didn’t miss out. They even offered to put a breakfast basket together to take for us if we needed anything specific that they hadn’t got ready in time. The location was also perfect for us. Just loved the place. Thank you for making us feel so welcome.

My room on the 5th floor had a spacious balcony. I really liked that because it was unexpected (not the fact it would have a balcony because u booked it for the balcony, but how nice the balcony was going to be). The rooms are a little bit small, but they have everything you would need. The location is excellent, it's right in the middle of the old quarter, nothing is more than a few minutes walking away. But the best thing about this hotel is definitely - the couple of people working the reception during our stay are some of the most helpful receptionist I have ever encountered. They give you shopping tips, call tour agents for you, arrange laundry service, ask about your experiences, etc. really nice and helpful people, and I would love to stay in the hotel again for that alone.

We booked two night one night before our trip to Lan Ha Bay and one night after. When we arrived we met Kelly. She was really thoughtful and said that due to our trip in the morning it was best that we stay at another hotel where the noise level is much lower. That is why she recommended that we stay at Bendecir hotel with the same price. She thought it was better for us to be fully rested before our trip to Lan Ha Bay. The room she recommended was really good so we booked that hotel again after our trip from Lan Ha Bay and Kelly helped us with the booking. Kelly is really good and really service minded. I hope everyone will meet Kelly when they arrive at Bella Rosa.

The room was clean with efficient air conditioning and a secure safe. The high water pressure in the walk-in shower, even on the 5th floor, was a pleasant surprise. Chosen after careful research for its prime location and value, this hotel offered a comfortable stay at a reasonable price, making it a top pick for my next visit to Hanoi's Old Quarter.

Last time when I was in vacation, I had a chance to experience the amazing and professional service here. A gorgeous room with a picturesque view literally explode my heart. If I have a chance next time, this place obviously first choice :33.

Kelly, who ran the place was helpful at every turn, finding us alternative accommodation over Tet when we needed to change plans . We left luggage here when we arrived early before check in and until late when we left, used the bathroom and we really valued the service. The rooms were lovely with properly good bathrooms. Excellent location; we kept popping back while wandering around the Old Quarter. Also got our laundry done nice and quickly. I would definitely come back if I were back in Hanoi.

the lady kelly was a wonderful sweet lady who greeted me with a smile to use a toilet the way she speak is amazing and definitely trendy fantastic feel and cozy better to have a person like wise and pls support them
