A bit old but old. Good location, easy to commute around old quarter. The staff is polite and helpful.

This is a nice hotel with a really lovely view from the breakfast room and pool. I’d happily stay here again. Walking distance to the lake and close to the main roads of taking taxis out of the old town

Great hotel in Old Quarter….room was very nice, bathroom was very good…breakfast buffet on 12th floor was excellent- good variety and lots of choices. Walking distance to the lake, lots of restaurants close by. Staff was very helpful

Need to climb some steps to the top floor for breakfast, but the breakfast spread and quality is pretty good.

The hotel is in the city center close to many convenient stores, monuments etc. The staff is always smiling and dedicated. Good breakfast. Recommanded :)

I enjoyed my stay. Close to the action without being in the crowds. Rooms were clean with comfortable beds.

The room was lovely and clean, and the staff were super friendly, helpful and accommodating! The pool seemed to be dirty so I didn't try it, but the rooftop provided great views of the area! Would definitely stay again.

I think the air conditioner is a bit weak and not cool. The facilities are just mediocre. I was eating breakfast, but the air conditioner turned on too hard, so it was cold.

coming from Japan, Flight delay / Immigration, taste the real hell barely reached. The airport pick-up service is not well communicated, so even if it fails, It is difficult to understand the pronunciation on the wire. When we talked face-to-face, we barely talked box. (Late night time) The location is good. convenient to move. 1. Room air conditioner problem - Very serious: sweating while sleeping. Staff's rude attitude. Rejected when initially asked for a spare key. After that, you have to leave the fan in the room, insert the key, and return to the room temperature to be able to sleep. (I was surprised when I shared a different room than the friend I was with. My room isn't cool, so why is it so hot?) - It says "emergency exit", but I found out that the cleaning person's room: A cool breeze came out through the crack in the open door (I thought it was strange that the emergency exit was cool), and as I approached, I made eye contact with the cleaning person lying down. 2. Stop the elevator - Trapped. momentary chills. 3. The exploding breakfast room - Breakfast is normal to eat, but I couldn't eat it because there were no seats. - You need to get the timing right. (Almost full) - No ice, no drinks. However, it is not cheap compared to other hotels of the same category. However, the Manahan indoor swimming pool has a comparative advantage. The lodging chosen the next day was much better. I just thought it was because I was incompetent. *230718~20 (2 nights)

The staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean and well maintained. It's close to Hoan Kiem, so it's good to go anywhere. However, the room is a bit narrow, and there are no windows, so if you turn off the lights, it's like a cave.... For those of you who don't care about that, it's a pretty good deal for a low price. Breakfast... just eat in moderation

It is a Japan-friendly hotel with Japanese manufacturers used for Japanese guidance and indoor products. Only the refrigerator doesn't get very cold (laughs). It's small, but there's a rooftop pool, so it was a plus to be able to relax on the rooftop terrace while drinking beer at night.

The breakfast is very good, the cost of accommodation is OK
