Booked for 2 night stay. Checked-in almost at midnight hour. Hotel staff was quick to unload and carry up my luggage. The check-in process was smooth and fast.
The size of the room booked was 25sqm. A very good size. King size bed. Mattress was a bit hard. Large bathroom but water pressure was a bit low with water heater turned on.
Breakfast selection was good. Had breakfast for only one morning.
Did not make up of the rest of the facilities such as swimming pool and sauna.

Nice hotel near the office. Many restaurants 20 minutes walking distance. Nice view of the Red River from the restautrant.

Have the great stay.Having breakfast on 18th floor and it is well serve in buffet. Rich cuisines. If front desk men was speak better English and better hospitality mindset, I could have rate 5 stars for service. Location is bit distance from old quarter, be considerate about the taxi fees if you have planned to stay for more than 2days. All round rating is 4.5 for me with this price.

There is a gym, swimming pool, and the room facilities and supplies are more complete than you can imagine. The most surprising thing is the buffet breakfast, which has a wide variety of styles and tastes good. I will stay here again on my next business trip.

There are many Indians, so be careful when eating breakfast to see if they touch you randomly. Vietnamese rice noodles are good for breakfast. Paired with a fried egg, it's perfect.
