The picture of the hotel's appearance on the homepage - the golden building is the former residence of Ho Chi Minh. I only found out about it after I went to Hanoi. At first, I thought the golden building was the hotel's appearance, which was resplendent. But when I arrived, I was dumbfounded. The hotel's appearance was very simple, and the lobby was old and smelly. The room was very basic, like a hotel in China that costs less than 100 yuan. There was not even a computer at the front desk. The front desk gave me a mobile phone to look at and asked which order number was mine. It said more than 500,000 VND per night, which is about more than 100 yuan. . But my payment was 620 yuan/night, for a total of 3 nights. When we arrived at the hotel, we realized we had been cheated. My husband left angrily and immediately booked another hotel. I appealed to the platform, and finally the platform refunded the money to me. I am very grateful to the platform. I didn't dare to take pictures of the room because I didn't check in after checking in. The platform said that they contacted the hotel but no one answered the phone. Think about how bad the hotel is for no one to answer the phone. Figure 1-3 shows the hotel’s appearance and entrance. Figure 4 is the appearance of the hotel’s home page on the platform.
