Not new to Vietnam but first time in Hanoi.
I had a pleasant 2 nights stay in this hotel, served wonderful staff right from the bellhops to the reception. There's no flaw to point out in terms of their service.
As the hotel is still very new condition, everything is still great.
Tracy was very very helpful right even before i was in Hanoi. We communicated via email and whatsapp and she made sure my needs during this trips were met. Appreciate all of your help!

The atmosphere, the service, and the aesthetic details are beautifully done. Well located in the Old Quarter and the staff were helpful by making the stay extra pleasant.
I had a special request, and staff explained why it's not possible to be fulfilled but they suggested an alternative. It was less convenient but definitely solved the issue.

Nice hotel - good service. Location Perfect if you want to be in the middle of the old part af town. Breakfast was really good - cute little restaurant on the 10 floor with a great view. Could easy come back to this hotel.

Value for money stay. Super clean rooms and easy access for Grab rides. Breakfast is good and the service is 5 Stars.
I will definitely come back again during my next visit to Hanoi!

Great location, room was a bit small but with everything you might need. Laundry is not free, I learned that the hard way. I would definitely stay here again.
