The service was so friendly and they were very welcoming. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel to any travellers in Hanoi. The rooms are also quiet overnight - can get noisy during the day but that’s to be expected in Vietnam!

We had a great stay here! Staff super friendly and polite, Mike was very helpful along with his team. Food was great for breakfast and the rooms were class! Can’t recommend enough for your stay in Han Noi!

We absolutely loved our stay at Proverb Hotel Hanoi. It’s a brand-new boutique hotel, and everything feels fresh, clean, and beautifully designed. The rooms are modern and stylish, with super comfortable beds, great air conditioning, and high-quality amenities. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The staff were outstanding – so friendly, polite, and always willing to help. They greeted us every time with a smile, helped with restaurant suggestions, and even arranged transportation for us. You can feel they truly care about their guests. The breakfast was great, with a good mix of local Vietnamese dishes and international choices. The coffee was excellent too! The location is perfect – close to the Old Quarter and many nice cafés and shops, but still quiet enough to rest well at night. Overall, one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in Hanoi. Everything from the design to the service felt top-notch. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in the city!
