Some important notes for guests: Self Check-in: We offer a fully automated check-in process. Guests will receive check-in instructions via WeChat, KakaoTalk, Zalo, Line, WhatsApp, Viber, or email using the booking confirmation code. Access cards will be prepared in the mailbox at the ground floor lobby. Simply pick up the card to enter the elevator area, then use the provided access code to unlock the apartment door. Apartment Facilities: Each apartment is fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home, including: Bathroom essentials: toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, shower gel, hand wash, etc. Basic appliances: hair dryer, iron, washing machine (some units include dryers). Fully equipped kitchen: water, rice cooker, microwave, pots and pans, and basic cooking condiments. Swimming Pools: There are three outdoor swimming pools within the complex. Long-term guests (from 10 nights and above) can register for a resident access card (processing time: 3–4 days, with card fee covered by guests). Facilities & Services: Free outdoor playground for children. Paid services such as restaurants, cafés, shopping centers, supermarkets, cinemas, spas, and gyms are conveniently located right below the building. Housekeeping Service: Free cleaning every 3 days.
