First thing I must compliment - must be the breakfast , it is amazing , there’s buffet and you can order as well - but all food taste super good !! You won’t regret - must try everything on the menu ! Second would be the location , opposite have Uniqlo and very close to the lake ~
Third are the staff - they all so nice !!!
Just one thing as it is located in the city centre it’s kinda small the room and the toliet door is slightly transparent easy to see thru and kinda awkward.
But if you don’t mind the above this place is great for you to visit hanoi! Please Rmb to eat the breakfast !! You would regret it if you don’t !

Very helpful and courteous team. I arrived late, but greeted warmly. Check-in by the team was comfy, seated and relaxed before being shown the room. Arrival by car is easy as hotel is by the road, easy drop off and pickup with lots of restaurants, bars and shopping nearby.

Expensive hotel. Room small and no window for about SGD 100.00 per night. Have to order food from ground level then they will bring up food to roof top if you want to eat at roof top. Hotel restaurant breakfast is very nice but better go early as the restaurant is small.

The room was clean and modern. Check in was quick and staff were very helpful! Would stay here again next time we are in Hanoi 🇻🇳
