The room was very clean, and the front desk guy was very attentive. He reminded me to take good care of my luggage when I checked it in. You can take bus No. 7 directly from the airport. The Hanoi Light Rail and buses to Hoan Kiem Lake are right outside the apartment, which is very convenient.
