DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Arrived with my partner and phoned hotel as it’s not easily found. The women on the phone apologised that she could not check me in as the building had lost power. Asked me to cancel through Trip.com. When I went to cancel they rejected the cancellation !
Tried to call again and they hang up in my ear.
Trip.com customer support phoned them and they denied everything. Trip.com gave me half my money back.

It’s located at Nyna Cafe, I feel they could have just mentioned that. But they did text to communicate so that’s helpful. The location is convenient enough, but just note that there’s no lift so you have to carry your luggage up. Key is requested from the cafe staff, and they didn’t help with luggage either so need to take note of that. Room was alright, we just took the room to wash up before our sleeper bus so it suited the purpose. There’s only soap and shampoo, so need to bring your own toothpaste.

The room is very neat and clean. Very worthy hotel at a cheal rate. Location is also convenient. Would love to stay here if I visit hanoi again. Staffs are very cooperative.

Modern, bright room design. Soft bed, clean blanket, strange place but I still slept well. Enthusiastic staff, very gentle with guests, 10 points service. Check in and out is also fast, no need to wait long.

Although modern in style, this apartment is far from cold. There are several paintings in soft tones hanging on the wall, adding to the homely feel. The kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of practical storage space. The bedroom has a large window, and the natural light coming in in the morning is very comfortable. The entire space is very suitable for long-term stay, and people will fall in love with this place unknowingly.
