When I arrived around 9pm, the entrance was closed and there was no one there. I hadn't been told anything about check-in in advance, and I couldn't make a call with my overseas SIM card, so I finally got in with the help of someone at a nearby restaurant.
The man at the entrance didn't seem very clean.
The refrigerator in the room wasn't turned on, so I couldn't cool my drinks.
The cushions and pillows were smelly.
New hotel. Feels like it's still being prepared.

The apartment is very lovely, just like the picture but there are some light stains on the white pillow. Looking at the way the home prepares cotton pads, hair ties, and toothpicks carefully in the toilet, it shows that the home is trying to improve its service and customer experience, so I would suggest that the check-in experience needs to be more professional. Guests will not like it if they have to wait too long to confirm the booking between the parties before being able to check in. Make sure you know all the bookings that day and then prepare them in advance. If it can be improved, I will come back to the home.

My room was spotless and minimal, no clutter, only essentials done right. The bed was firm but forgiving, perfect for side or back sleepers.The bathroom featured a rainfall shower head and fluffy towels. Silence reigned at night; I barely heard a peep from the hallway.
