DO NOT BOOK HERE. IT'S A SCAM!!! THEY TRIED TO STEAL EVERYTHING FROM ME!!! I've been booking through this platform for years. Nothing like this has ever happened to me. First, he sent me several strange messages asking me to scan a QR code and contact him before checking in. I spoke to Trip staff because it seemed strange to me. Trip contacted them and they said there was no problem. I went to the address I indicated in the reservation, and there was nothing and no one there; it was a dark alley. A man on a motorcycle showed up and told me there was an electrical problem and I wouldn't be able to stay in the apartment (he told Trip staff on the phone that everything was fine). He offered me to stay in another apartment, which he said was very close by. I wanted to walk, but he said he would call a car for the inconvenience. I got in the car and asked him where this apartment was because it was quite far from where I had booked. He didn't want to answer. I got out of the car more than 5km away in a very ugly part of the city. They tried to rob me of everything. I told the Trip staff that I didn't want to check in. It was a horrible situation. A real thief!!! Be careful with them!!! I already reported it on Trip.
