Cenna Place Hanoi

Location: Well-located near old quarter, Opera House, church, train street, Hoan Kiem Lake, etc., easy to get around(based on 7 reviews)

Pros: The location of this place is pretty easy to get around old quarter. The rooms are pretty clean. Nice rustic feelings. Cons: The apartment/hotel is above a coffee shop, meaning one need to go in the coffee shop before accessing the stairs to above. With the coffee shop table and chair placed, its is pretty tricky to carry our luggages through the patrons. I feel strongly Kofi Kai should have stated this very clearly. They have a separate entrance once the coffee shop is closed to get in. The room itself is as advertised but by using wide angle photo, the room might look bigger than it actually it. Also to note, the balcony type room dont actually have a balcony meaning u can't close the doors (smokers take note). Another point to note, my unit has the TV placed right beside me when im sleeping! One wrong swing of the arm and the screen of the TV might crack. P/s: This place don't have a front desk meaning most of it is done via WhatsApp and the staff has been promptly attending to my queries. Good job for that given the limited resources.
