The hotel arranged a taxi to the airport for us, and we managed to leave Hanoi just before the storm hit.

오픈한지 오래되지않아 시설이 깔끔하고 만족스러웠습니다. 다만 호텔이 있는 골목이 작업하는 공간이 밀집되어 시끄러웠다는건만 빼고는 전체적으로 다 만족했습니다.

とにかく部屋の見た目がとてもかわいい。
ベッドに寝転がると、照明のデザインまでかわいい。
廊下もロビーもかわいい。
女性1名で9月の独立記念日より後に3泊スーペリアシングルに滞在した。
スーペリアシングルはツインベッドがあり、また外窓がある。
窓外は絶景ではないが、旧市街の各家の屋根裏の様子が伝わってくる。
ほかの日本人客は見かけなかった。
フロントのスタッフはホスピタリティに溢れている。
4日目の夜便までチェックアウト後は荷物を預かってくれ、1階のトイレやスマホ充電のためにコンセントも貸してくれた。
拙い英会話に辛抱強く付き合ってくれ、部屋からメールするとすぐに明快な返信が来る。
毎日気持ちよく部屋を整えていただいた。
新しいホテルでノウハウが無く南国の虫にやられたらどうしようと心配していたが、網戸無しなのにコバエ的なものを2匹見ただけだった。私が外から連れてきたのかも。不快なにおいもせず。
小さいペットボトルの水2本がサービスでつく。
想定と少し違った点は以下
・旧市街の中でも朝夕のラッシュが特に激しいエリアだった。この通りは金物屋さんが主
・セキュリティボックスが部屋に無い
スタッフが預かることもできるそうだが、スーツケースに施錠して過ごした
・トイレットペーパーのホルダーが無い
・ホテル自体には飲食施設は無い
向かいが小さなカフェなので問題は無い
・リンスが無い
・部屋に廊下に面した窓があり、廊下から部屋が見える
カーテンがあるので閉められる
・廊下が吹き抜けでオシャレだが、全部屋が静かにしないとうるさい時もある
耳栓で気にならない程度
